In order to provide exceptional live-in home care, we must ensure our caregivers are reliable,
experienced and compatible with our clients.
To do this, we begin by asking all of our applicants to provide exceptional references and undergo
extensive background checks. Once our Pembroke Pines caregivers check out,
we require that they receive in-depth training through our own Home Care Assistance University.
This proprietary training program helps our caregivers stay current on the latest live-in care methods
while helping them build on their prior home care knowledge and experience.
Finally, to make sure our clients receive the live-in care they deserve,
we strategically pair them with caregivers based on individual need and compatibility.
